Product Description
This machine works matched with a tractor, mainly used for soybean-corn strip intercropping. It completes rotary tillage (for soybean strips), fertilizing, seeding, covering, and pressing in one pass.

1、Simple and robust overall structure, stable seeding depth, uses 8-modulus gearbox, low power consumption. Can complete rotary tillage (soybean strips), fertilizing, seed furrow opening, seeding, covering, and pressing in one pass. Can yield an additional 200 jin of soybeans without affecting corn yield.
2、Soybeans use cup-type seed meter, avoiding seed coat damage, effectively ensuring germination rate; Corn uses finger-pickup precision seed meter, precise hill spacing, even seedling distribution, less competition, allowing full individual potential, vigorous crop growth, high yield.
3、Based on the agronomic characteristics of soybean-corn intercropping, soybeans are planted after rotary tillage, facilitating emergence and avoiding implement clogging; corn is planted with no-till, beneficial for lodging resistance.
4、Main frame uses 90-series high-strength rectangular tube, V-clamps are precision cast steel components, high strength, more reliable performance.
5、Fertilizer box internally uses a partitioned design, the fertilizer metering part uses multi-stage transmission for separate adjustment and control. Fertilizer meter adjustment and maintenance are simple and convenient, allows band application of granular compound fertilizer. Can simultaneously meet the needs for different fertilizer types and application rates for corn and soybeans in intercropping mode.
6、Ground wheel uses a single-arm design, effectively avoiding winding and clogging. All row drive shafts are connected as one unit, driven uniformly, high transmission power. Even if one sides ground wheel slips occasionally, it doesnt affect normal seeding. Seeding units use profiling design, can float with the ground surface, achieving consistent seeding depth.
