In 2017, the company undertook the Demonstration Project of Intelligent Manufacturing New Model under Made in China 2025, sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance of China. In the same year, its Provincial Technology R&D Center passed official acceptance.

In September 2016, YAAO Nanyang Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation. It covers an area of 80,000 square meters (120 mu), with a construction area of nearly 50,000 square meters and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. In the same year, the company undertook the Henan Manufacturing Industry Upgrade Project.

In 2013, to narrow the gap with world-renowned enterprises, the board of directors of the parent company decided to establish YAAO Nanyang Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. in the Industrial Agglomeration Area of Tanghe County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. Learning from international excellent enterprises, the company is designed under the leadership of experts from a famous Japanese agricultural machinery manufacturer. We have fully introduced Japanese lean production technology and management system, adhering to the philosophy of green, environmental protection, intelligence and efficiency. We are committed to building the company into a customer‑admired, employee‑proud and industry‑leading factory.

In April 2008, the company completed the shareholding system reform and established Xian YAAO Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. In 2009, it was relocated to the Xi’an Fengjing Industrial Park, where a modern factory covering 40,000 square meters (60 mu) with a building area of 24,600 square meters was built. The company has 450 employees and total assets of 120 million yuan. Its annual production capacity reaches 50,000 units, with annual sales of 200 million yuan. As one of the leading enterprises in China’s rotary tiller industry, YAAO has entered a fast track of development.

YAAO Agricultural Machinery's products cover 26 provinces and autonomous regions across China.We have developed 6 major series with more than 100 models, supporting power ranging from 25 to 280 horsepower. In 2008, the company's annual sales revenue exceeded 100 million yuan.

From 1999 to 2002, after more than three years of research and experiments, we successfully developed and manufactured the variable-speed rotary tillage multi-purpose machine. It solved long-standing problems in China’s agricultural machinery industry: poor adaptability for cross-regional operations, unsatisfactory tillage performance when tractors run at high speed, and low efficiency for operators at low speeds. In 1996, following a general survey by the Ministry of Agriculture, our enterprise was recognized as one of the largest manufacturers of multi-function agricultural machinery in China.

Shi Keqi took the lead in collectively contracting Xi'an Rotary Tiller Factory. Concurrently, Xi'an Guanzhong Machinery Manufacturing Company was established. Its main business was the development, research, and production of four major series encompassing over 30 products: rotary tillers, rotary seeders, rotary seeding fertilizing machines, and small multifunctional orchard machinery. The workforce expanded to 280 people, and the company's sales revenue reached the tens of millions level. The market gradually expanded from solely within the province to outside the province, and products were exported to multiple countries including Zambia, Mauritius, and the former Soviet Union.

The Huxian Rotary Tiller Factory was renamed Xi'an Rotary Tiller Factory. Its main business had evolved from repairing and maintaining tractors to a comprehensive enterprise integrating independent branding, R&D, testing, manufacturing, and sales. During the same period, in collaboration with the Provincial Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, it developed the rotary tillage seeding fertilizing machine; designed and manufactured the IG-125 and IG-140 rotary tillers, along with the corresponding rotary seeders and rotary seeding fertilizing machines. These passed provincial-level appraisal and won the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Machinery Industry. In 1991, the product was presented as a national gift by then-President Yang Shangkun to Mexico.

Growth and Establishment of Huxian Rotary Tiller Factory. The factory had 35 employees, newly built 9 workshop rooms, 2 storefronts, and 2 simple warehouses. Its main business was repairing various tractors externally. During this period, it developed the 1G-80 rotary tiller.
