Product Features
Matches tractors with power ≥40 kW (50 HP) for traction operation. Suitable for full-coverage no-tillage seeding of corn straw and conventional seeding, with 4 working rows.
No-tillage seeding is a key link in conservation tillage. The 2BMYF series no-tillage seeding machines can operate under full straw coverage, completing side deep fertilization, straw cleaning in the seedbed, seedbed preparation, single-grain seeding, soil covering, and heavy compaction in one pass.
It has the following functions
1. Reduces straw cleaning and land preparation links, lowers production costs, and facilitates full-process mechanization.
2. Prevents wind and water erosion, conserves water and soil moisture, with remarkable drought resistance effect.
3. Straw returns to the field after rotting, increasing soil organic matter, restoring soil fertility, and improving fertilizer utilization rate.
4. Less soil disturbance during operation, reducing soil moisture evaporation and improving soil water utilization rate.
Scope of Application
No-tillage seeding with root stubble coverage and conventional seeding.
This series of products is equipped with an optional stubble sweeper installed at the front of the machine. It adopts patented straw crushing anti-clogging technology, with a stubble roller rotating at 1000 rpm to clean and crush straw stubble, creating a good seedbed for seeding, suitable for plots with large amounts of straw.
