The 2BMYFG Series No-Tillage Precision Fertilization Seeder is a new generation of supporting machinery for conservation tillage developed by Xian YAAO Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. It is suitable for direct seeding in no-tillage plots with previous stubble and can also meet the needs of conventional seeding. Product Features
1、High-Precision Seeding, High Seed Utilization Rate
It is equipped with a new generation of finger-clamp seed metering device independently developed by YAAO. The seed metering device is made of metal material, with a single-seed sowing qualification rate of over 95%, far exceeding the 85% specified in the national standard. Combined with the ground wheel drive method, it ensures the precise dropping of seeds, reduces the phenomenon of re-sowing and missed sowing, minimizes seed waste, and controls planting costs from the source.
2、Stable and Durable Frame, No Deformation in Long-Term Operation
The main beam of the machine adopts a high-strength special-shaped pipe design. All components are connected to the main beam through hooks, avoiding the problem of misalignment of the drive shaft caused by traditional welding processes. The overall structure of the frame is stable, which can withstand the vibration and load during long-term tillage and extend the service life of the machine.
3、Large-Capacity Fertilizer Tank Configuration, Reducing Operation Interruption
It is equipped with an extra-large V-shaped fertilizer tank, and the volume of different models is adapted according to needs (e.g., 220L for 2BMYFG-2 and 660L for 2BMYFG-6), which can store a sufficient amount of granular fertilizer. There is no need to frequently stop the machine for fertilization during operation, reducing process interruption and improving overall tillage efficiency.
4、Flexible Selection of Ditching Components, Adapting to Various Soil Types
The seed ditching opener adopts the double-disc type by default, and the fertilizer ditching opener is of the arrow shovel type, which is suitable for no-tillage operations in uncultivated land (with previous stubble). The ditching plow tip is made of special wear-resistant material, which becomes harder as it wears and has strong durability;
When operating in cultivated and prepared plots, the original ditching plow assembly can be removed and replaced with a fertilization disc assembly and supporting fertilizer pipe, which can flexibly adapt to different soil conditions such as loose soil and hard stubble.
5、Independent Profiling System, More Stable Seeding Depth and Plant Spacing
It adopts the "four-bar linkage in-phase profiling + independent synchronous profiling of individual units" design. For plots with uneven terrain, the individual units can float up and down to ensure the consistency of seeding depth in each row. Combined with the multi-level adjustable pressing strength and independent pressing mechanism, it compacts the soil to preserve moisture, avoids the problems of missed sowing and floating seeds (seeds not entering the soil), and ensures that the plant spacing is stable and meets agronomic requirements.
6、Reliable Drive and Adjustment, Adapting to Diverse Agronomics
The driving ground wheel is a wheel type with a diameter of 700mm, and the lifting is adjusted by a lead screw. During operation, the ground wheel maintains sufficient friction with the ground to ensure stable power transmission for seeding and fertilization;
Equipped with a multi-speed transmission: 16-speed transmission for 2-4 row models and 20-speed transmission for 5-6 row models. It has a wide range of plant spacing adjustment (different plant spacings such as 8-30cm can be achieved through gear switching), meeting the planting needs of various crops such as soybeans and corn.
7、High-Speed Operation Performance, Wide Coverage Area
The operating speed range is 6-9km/h (optimal operating speed is 8km/h), and the working width is adapted to different models (e.g., 220-260cm for 2BMYFG-4 and 330-390cm for 2BMYFG-6). It can complete large-area tillage in a short time, especially suitable for large-scale planting scenarios.
8、Intelligent Seed and Fertilizer Monitoring, Real-Time Control of Operation Status
Equipped with a UCBD-4M seeding operation monitoring terminal (produced by Kunshan Huanan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.), which is installed in the tractor cab:
It can display parameters such as operation forward speed, single-row seeding quantity, and total seeding quantity in real time, facilitating users to adjust the seed metering device;
It has abnormal alarm functions such as missed seeding and seeding/fertilization blockage. Data can be uploaded to the management platform, and combined with the web terminal and WeChat applet, it realizes operation trajectory positioning, data storage and analysis, and precise control of operation quality.
9、Seed Treatment Adaptation, Ensuring Smooth Seeding
Before seeding, the attached seed lubricant should be added to the seeds (0.2kg is mixed with 100kg of seeds normally), and stirred until the seed surface is black-gray, smooth and non-sticky, so as to improve the fluidity of seeds, prevent blockage of the seed metering device and seed damage. For coated seeds, they need to be dried before adding lubricant to avoid affecting the germination rate.
