  YAAO Mother (Xi'an YAAO) and its subsidiary (YAAO Nanyang) company can now provide the following to the public:

   I. All product series of rotary seeding and fertilizing machines:

  1. Rotary-disc fertilizer and strip-seeder: Includes drive-type harrow wheat strip-seeder and rotary-till fertilizer strip-seeder—7-row models (160 cm wide) and 22-row models (270 cm wide), with matching horsepower ranging from 50 to 220. A total of 10 models are available.

  2. Wheat wide-width variable-speed fertilizer deep-injection rotary seeding machine: a dual-purpose rotary seeder that works effectively in both dry and wet conditions, featuring no-till seeding capability, with 7 rows (200 cm wide) to 22 rows (270 cm wide), compatible with engines ranging from 50 to 220 horsepower, totaling 27 models.

  3. Corn Seeder: High-performance No-Tillage Precision Fertilization Seeder: Available with electric drive and electronic control systems according to user requirements. Models include electric-drive and electronically controlled air-blow type, electric-drive and electronically controlled air-suction type, and electric-drive and electronically controlled finger-clamp type. Available in both driven and trailed versions, ranging from 2 to 8 rows, compatible with engines from 50 to 180 horsepower. A total of 12 models are available.

  4. Finger-clamp Seed Meter: Introduced, digested, and improved—seed-metering accuracy increased from 90% nationally to 95% for imports.

  96%–98%. Broad performance: It can sow large, medium, and small-sized corn kernels as well as soybeans. High quality: The warranty period has been extended from the national “three guarantees” for one year to “three guarantees” for six years.

  The above are the five major series and 210 models provided by YAAO’s parent and subsidiary companies for users to choose from. YAAO can guarantee quality supply of any products that are eligible for national subsidies and have broad market demand for cultivation and sowing, such as: Ba.

  To protect black soil, the state provides dual subsidies—from purchase to use—for full-amount straw-returning no-till planters and strip planters that operate on original ridges. These include air-blowing electric-drive models with electronic control, as well as air-suction electric-drive models with electronic control.

  To make the right choice, you should first master the following eight points:

   I. First, clearly define the standards and objectives for purchasing tillage and seeding equipment:

  1. Performance: What’s the point of buying a product?

  2. Standard: The equipment is of high quality (seeding accuracy meets the standard).

  3. Good efficiency (high seeding speed).

  4. Purpose: High cost-effectiveness (for the same profit margin, choose the product with the lower price; for the same product price, choose the one with the higher cultivation and sowing profit).

   2. Based on the size and area of your cultivated plot, as well as the hourly tillage and seeding rate, select a main unit with high cost performance in terms of horsepower.

   III. Working Principles of High-Performance Seeders in Each Series:

  (1) Principle: Among the national high-yield, high-performance corn seeders, there are finger-clamp seeders and air-suction seeders. The air-suction seeder itself includes two types: air-suction and air-blowing. These seeders are equipped with electric drive (for increased speed) and electronic control (to prevent seeding shortages). However, the core mechanical components that determine seeding accuracy in all these seeders are mechanical parts—specifically, the finger-clamp seed meter for finger-clamp seeders and the seed-discharge disc for air-suction seeders. The finger-clamp seed meter relies entirely on mechanical components to transmit seeds to the seed outlet, where the seeds fall onto the seedbed under their own weight. The air-suction seed meter uses airflow to promptly suck seeds into the holes of the seed-discharge disc; when the seeds reach the seed outlet, the airflow is shut off, allowing the seeds to fall onto the seedbed by gravity. The air-blowing seed meter builds upon the air-suction seeder by adding an air-blowing mechanism that directly blows seeds detached from the seed-discharge disc onto the seedbed, thereby increasing the speed at which seeds fall onto the seedbed due to gravity.

  (2) The precision and seeding speed of sowing are determined by the accuracy and structure of various product designs, thus defining an optimal adaptation range!

  1. Sowing Accuracy (90%): At a speed of 8 kilometers per hour, the sowing accuracy of finger-type seeders, air-suction seeders, and air-blowing seeders (for qualified products) all fall within the range of (90%-98%), which is essentially the same;

  2. For speeds of 12 kilometers per hour or less, suction-type products are preferable.

  3. At speeds above 13 kilometers per hour, the air-blowing method is preferable.

  4. Electric Drive: When the speed exceeds 10 kilometers per hour, the electric drive ensures that mechanical and pneumatic seeders maintain their designed seeding accuracy. The electronic control system provides an alarm function that monitors mechanical and pneumatic components, alerting operators if a malfunction prevents achieving the desired seeding and fertilization quality, thereby preventing yield losses caused by mechanical failures such as missing seedlings or insufficient fertilizer application.

   IV. Market Prices for Each High-Performance Series: (24-25 years) Taking the six-row model as an example: domestically produced high-performance precision seeders with finger-clamping mechanism, featuring electronic control and electric drive, priced at 80,000.

  The air-suction high-performance precision seeder costs 110,000 yuan; the electrically controlled and electrically driven model costs 160,000 yuan, while the imported version ranges from 230,000 to 260,000 yuan. The air-blowing high-performance precision seeder with electric drive and electronic control costs 160,000 yuan, whereas the imported version ranges from 270,000 to 600,000 yuan.

   V. Uses:

  1. Cultivated land: tilling hard, stubble-covered fields; preparing and plowing fields after thorough tillage; rotary tillage and ridge formation; cultivating, preparing, and sowing seeds.

  2. Sown varieties: corn, wheat, soybeans, rice, rapeseed, etc.;

  3. Sowing methods: (1) Direct seeding on stubble fields, which can be further divided into full-tillage sowing and no-tillage sowing. No-tillage sowing itself is subdivided into strip-tillage sowing with minimal tillage and stubble-removal sowing.

  4. After deep plowing, level the soil and sow seeds directly on the surface.

  5. Sowing speed (in kilometers per hour)

   6. Machinery Performance: National Standard for High-Performance Precision Seeders:

  1. High-performance precision seeders—standards specify either clamp-type or pneumatic seed meters (pneumatic seed meters are further divided into vacuum-type and air-blowing type)—require single-seed accuracy, high precision, and a seeding speed of at least 8 kilometers per hour. The seeding units must closely follow the terrain contours. The unit weight should be no less than 110 kg for lighter models and no less than 130 kg for heavier models.

  2. A high-performance, precision electronic-control seeder that, even when operating at speeds exceeding 12 kilometers per hour, can maintain the same level of seeding accuracy as its mechanically designed specifications.

   7. Performance Analysis of Various Products:

  (1) The standard seed drill operates at speeds of no more than five kilometers per hour;

  (2) The high-performance precision seeder—The Finger-clamp Seed Meter achieves accuracy within eight kilometers; the Pneumatic Seeder’s accuracy is controlled by the metering disc, and after seed intake, positioning, and air closure, the seeds fall to the ground under their own weight; its speed can be increased to over eight kilometers.

  (3) The air-blowing Seeder builds upon the performance of the Pneumatic Seeder by adding a feature that uses compressed air to directly blow seeds onto the seedbed as soon as they leave the metering holes, thereby increasing the seeding speed and accelerating the overall planting process. The seeding speed can be increased to between 13 and 15 kilometers per hour.

   8. Based on the analysis of the preceding seven points, YAAO offers a variety of precision seeders—air-blowing electrically driven and electronically controlled seeders, air-suction electrically driven and electronically controlled seeders, finger-clamp electrically driven and electronically controlled seeders, finger-clamp electronically controlled seeders, drive harrows for wheat strip seeding, and conventional strip-seeding machines as well as wide-row wheat seeders. Users can select the model with the best cost-performance ratio according to their own cultivation and sowing area and tractor horsepower.

  Reference suggestion:

  1. For cultivated land exceeding 10,000 mu and consisting of contiguous plots, choose the air-blowing type with electric drive and electronic control.

  2. For cultivated land exceeding 1,000 mu, choose the air-suction type with electric drive and electronic control.

  3. For cultivated land of less than 1,000 mu (with a speed of no more than 8 kilometers per hour), the finger-type precision seeder—with electronic control and electric drive—offers high cost performance.

  Wheat Sowing: The drive-type harrow seeder boasts strong driving power, deep tillage depth, and excellent performance on hard soils—making it particularly suitable for fields with stones, hard soil, and newly reclaimed land. For conventional farmland, the wide-width chemical fertilizer deep-injection seeder (a patented product invented by YAAO in the 1980s) can help reduce costs and boost efficiency by (150–200) yuan per mu (an additional yield of 10–15% translates to 100 yuan, variable-speed efficiency gains add 5 yuan, and 30% fertilizer savings equate to 50 yuan). This machine is typically used for direct seeding after the previous crop; depending on the previous crop, there are two types of no-till sowing and full-tillage sowing. After deep plowing and land preparation, it can sow both wheat and dry-season rice as well as rapeseed, offering "high cost-effectiveness."
