Finger-type Seed Meter
1. The seed-metering device is the core component of a seeder; the accuracy and quality of the seed-metering device determine the seeding quality of the seeder.
2. The YAAO Finger-clamp Seed Meter: This patented product was developed after importing, digesting, and absorbing the original products from several U.S. companies including Precision, Belotta, and Kens. The single-seed sowing pass rate of this Finger-clamp Seed Meter exceeds the national standard of 85%, reaching the imported standard of 95% and even achieving 96-99%. It features stable quality and high precision, and its warranty period has been extended from the national three-year guarantee to six years.
3. After passing 991 trials and undergoing three small-batch pilot productions, the R&D team thoroughly inspected and refined the production line. To ensure stable product quality and build an intelligent assembly line—a key measure for maintaining consistent quality and uniform part precision—the project successfully passed provincial and Ministry of Agriculture-level inspections, technological novelty searches, and technological assessments in early 2024, reaching the nation’s advanced level.

5. There are three specifications available: 1. Precision corn seeder; 2. Hard-stand planting seeder; 3. No-till seeder.

6. After three years of user deployment and application—among users who have selected the Chang’an no-till seeding and planting device and the Huxian corn precision seeding and planting cooperative—the device has demonstrated stable performance and quality. At the end of the season, inspection revealed no reduction in accuracy (and even a slight improvement).
7. In the spring sowing of 2024, it was discovered that there were issues with the application method used in mainland China; these have now been addressed and improved.

Special Notice!
1. Before use, you must add seed lubricant. On humid days, increase the amount of seed lubricant used to ensure the seeds are smooth and do not stick to your hands.
2. After seeding is completed for the day, the seed meter must be completely emptied of seeds to prevent seeds from absorbing moisture overnight, becoming sticky and clumping together, which could severely affect seeding quality and damage the seed-meter components.
3. When using the finger-type seed meter, users must conduct a trial broadcast in the field. If any issues arise, please contact the planter dealer or manufacturer immediately.
