Product Description
1、The YAAO Medium-Gearbox series rotary cultivator uses 8-modulus gear transmission, matched with 35-80 HP tractors. The PTO shaft angle relative to the horizontal plane is about 10 degrees, effectively improving the transmission efficiency of the universal joint drive shaft and reducing drive shaft damage.
2、The blade shaft is made from ø80 thickened seamless steel pipe and processed using double-end taper turning to ensure concentricity.
3、The blades are made of 65Mn steel, IT245 type, with strong soil penetration capability. One pass achieves the effect of several passes with ordinary plows and harrows.
4、Good terrain adaptability. By replacing the pair of bevel gears with different speed ratios, various working speeds from 220-320 R/min can be achieved when the PTO is 720 R/min.
5、The machine uses a portal-type suspension frame, making the entire structure integral, well-balanced, rigid, and high-strength. Working width ranges from 160cm to 200cm.
