Suitable for no-till seeding and fertilizing of wheat, buckwheat and oats in north arid source region. It can finish ditching, straw-burying, fertilizing, seeding, mulching, compaction and other processes on stubble, straw powder fully-covered, straw standing field surfaces at one time in two-harvest-a-year and one-harvest-a-year regions. By adopting the patented technology of anti-clogging invention, it can realize intensive tilling with seed bed, no-till with empty clearance, throwing the straw in the no-till empty clearance evenly, and then turning it over by soil. Thus few weeds in seed bed formed and no clogging occur during full-field straw disposing, and the intensive tilling on the seed bed leads to high yield. After tilling, a 15cm-wide and 15cm-deep trench seed bed formed, a 20cm-wide no-till clearance and a 12cm-wide seed belt can also be adjusted into a trench with two 5cm seed belts, realizing no/less-till sowing in wide band furrow sowing.
