1S Deep Loosening Machine, Series C and D

1.1 Equipment Attachment Adjustment:
(1) Shorten the adjusting lead screws of the tractor’s left and right lifting linkage to their shortest positions, ensure they are adjusted to the same horizontal level, and install the lifting linkage limit blocks in the limit-position state.
(2) The implement is connected to the tractor via a three-point hitch. Reverse the tractor so that it aligns with the center of the implement’s hitch frame, and connect the hitch pin holes on the tractor’s hitch plate to the corresponding left and right hitch pin holes on the implement using hitch pins.
(3) The middle pull rod of the main unit is connected to the central circular hole in the tool suspension bracket using a middle pin.
(4) Adjust the front-to-back level of the equipment by lengthening or shortening the threaded rod of the tractor’s middle linkage.
(5) Lengthen or shorten the lead screws of the tractor’s left and right limit rods to align the implement, and adjust the left-to-right swing (left-to-right swing: 3–5 cm).
(6) Tighten all bolts at various parts and fully lubricate all grease fittings with sufficient grease. Ensure that all moving parts rotate smoothly without any sticking or jamming.
1.2 Use of machinery in the field:
(1) Enter the field for trial plowing, remove the D-shaped pin, and adjust the required plowing depth according to local agronomic conditions. Advance 10–20 meters to confirm that the plowing depth meets the requirements, then lock the hydraulic limit stop. Use the D-shaped pin to secure the implement’s adjustment rod. The adjustment of plowing depth is achieved by extending or shortening the lead screws on the left and right lifting rods—from shallow to deep—until the desired depth is reached. Then, adjust the central lead screw accordingly to ensure that the implement remains level front to back. The adjustment procedure is identical to that used on wet, sticky soils.
(2) Adjust the upper and lower hole positions according to the tillage depth, ensuring they penetrate 5 centimeters into the soil.
(3) Adjust the front and rear mixing rollers so that the front roller does not accumulate material while the rear roller remains unobstructed. By repositioning the limit pins on both sides of the mixing rollers, ensure that the front roller is slightly higher than the rear roller, achieving a balanced mixing intensity. The dual rollers thoroughly mix surface straw, weeds, and soil clods, compacting them onto the soil surface without breaking down the soil itself. This process not only promotes the decomposition of straw but also helps prevent sandstorms and reduces surface runoff.
(4) If the amount of straw is large and causes blockage, raise the front mixing roller until the blockage is eliminated. Adjust the rear mixing roller to a compacting state, ensuring that the mixing rollers remain unobstructed.
(5) Method for adjusting large and thick straw quantities: The center of the mixing roller shaft should be flush with the surface of the straw.
1.3 Maintenance of Equipment:
Maintenance No. 1, Maintenance No. 2, Maintenance No. 3—maintenance for the rotary seeding and fertilizing machine.
