Attachment, adjustment, entering the field, operation, and maintenance—same as those for the variable-speed rotary seeding and fertilizing machine.

Installation of the Variable-Speed Rotary Spreader Fertilizer Apparatus

Adjust the equipment to ensure it is level. On the one-axis side, the compaction roller should be installed at the (rear) position. The left and right wheat frame side panels should be mounted on the left and right sides of the frame, respectively. For the A series, secure them with M14×35 bolts; for the G series, use M16×40 bolts. The seed and fertilizer box should be installed on the left and right side panels of the wheat frame and secured with M12×25 bolts. The middle mounting bracket of the seed and fertilizer box should be welded together, as should the support structure for the seed and fertilizer box. Connect these components using M6×15 bolts. The support should be installed in the middle of the seed and fertilizer box and aligned with the bolt holes on the gearbox cover plate, then secured with M8×25 bolts.

Adjustment of the gear-shift rotary seeding and fertilizing machine’s implement hitching.

(1) When connecting the implement, install the host’s limiting block’s rectangular hole into the floating rectangular holes of the left and right lifting linkage rods, keeping it in a floating state. (2) Connect the spherical holes on the host’s left and right suspension plates to the corresponding holes on the implement’s left and right suspension plates, and then insert the suspension pins. (3) Connect the central linkage rod into the rectangular holes of the Rotary Tiller’s suspension frame, and securely attach the implement. (4) Install the universal joint’s front and rear forks on the same horizontal plane. (5) Adjust the length of the threaded rods on the tractor’s left and right lifting linkage rods to properly align the implement horizontally. (6) Adjust the length of the threaded rods on the tractor’s left and right limiting linkage rods to correctly align the implement, and adjust the left-right swing within 3-5 cm. (7) Check whether the weeding blade installed in the middle of the seed and fertilizer tube is properly fitted. For the dual-axis weeding blade, ensure it is correctly aligned with the seed tube. (8) Adjust the required amount of seeds and fertilizers. After manually rotating the compaction roller, check whether the transmission parts and the seed and fertilizer delivery mechanisms are functioning normally. Verify that the lengths of the seed and fertilizer discharge grooves are consistent, and that the seed spouts are installed in the same hole positions. (9) Before entering the field, adjust the required number of blade shaft rotations according to soil conditions and agronomic requirements. (Same as Variable Speed Rotary Tiller.)

Wheat no-till seeding installation

(1) Installation of blades for no-till machinery: Install three sets of blades corresponding to the fertilizer and seed tubes. The middle set of blades should be installed with one blade on each side in the conventional manner. The two sets of blades on either side should have their blade curves facing inward, and each set should be fitted with one weed-clearing blade. Note: Install one long and one short weed-clearing blade on each side of the housing; ensure these blades do not come into contact with the housing. (If they do collide, disassemble them, grind and adjust them until they no longer touch.) (2) For the single-row wheel ring (with rotary tiller blades) of the no-till wheat seeding and compaction roller (including the fertilizer and seed tubes), ensure that the three points are aligned in a straight line. The row spacing for no-till wheat seeding can be adjusted between 30.5 and 36 centimeters. Install the components according to agronomic requirements, using one wheat clamp and two U-bolts for secure fastening. (3) The remaining components are identical to those of the rotary seeding and fertilizing machine.

Using the variable-speed rotary seeding and fertilizing machine for field operations.

(1) When entering the field for cultivation and seeding, avoid applying excessive hydraulic pressure at once—instead, gradually lower the implements into the soil as the main machine moves forward. Otherwise, the seed and fertilizer tubes may become clogged. While operating the tractor’s throttle, keep the engine speed above 2,000 rpm during seeding. (2) After advancing about 10 meters into the field, stop and check the tillage depth, which should be between 10 and 12 cm. During operation, the central linkage pin should be adjusted to the middle position of the slot. For wheat seeding, the seeding depth should be 2–5 cm. (3) When the implement is in operation, ensure that the main machine’s hydraulic system is in the floating position. As long as the tillage depth and seeding depth are normal, the cultivation and seeding can proceed smoothly. During operation, the front depth-limiting wheel and the rear compaction roller should both be in contact with the ground, and the central linkage pin should be positioned in the middle of the slot on the implement’s suspension frame. This design allows the implement to adapt to uneven terrain and closely follow the contours of the land, ensuring consistent tillage and seeding depths.

Maintenance of Variable-Speed Rotary Spreader Fertilizer Apparatus

(1) First Maintenance: After 10 hours of operation, tighten all bolts, check the transmission oil level, and lubricate with fresh grease all points equipped with grease nipples. Inspect each component for any damage or deformation, and tighten or correct as necessary. (2) Second Maintenance: Perform this maintenance either after one quarter of operation or after cultivating 2,000 mu—whichever comes first. Replace the gear oil, inspect all components for signs of wear, and make adjustments or replacements as needed. Also, verify that all control levers are properly positioned in their respective working positions. (3) Third Maintenance: After one year of operation, clean debris from the machinery and seed/fertilizer boxes, adjust clearances between various parts, and replace the gear oil. Repair or replace any worn components.

Precision Rotary Seeder for Corn with Fertilizer Application

(1) The installation of rotary tiller blades, frame mounting, front depth-limiting wheel, rear compaction roller, and chain is the same as that for the rotary seeding and fertilizing machine. (The variable-speed section is identical to that of the Variable Speed Rotary Tiller.) (2) Installation method for the corn ridge-forming plow: The corn ridge-forming plow should be installed 23 centimeters from the right side of the frame to the left, positioned at the front edge of the machine’s rear beam, and connected using a V-shaped clamp for corn. Adjust the desired row spacing according to agronomic requirements, and secure it with four 12×55 bolts.
