Wheat no-till seeding installation

3. No-till wheat seeding installation:

(1) Installation of blades for no-till machinery: Install three sets of blades corresponding to the fertilizer and seed tubes. The middle set of blades should be installed in the conventional manner—with one blade on each side. The two sets of blades on either side should have their blade curves facing inward, and each set should be fitted with one weed-pulling blade. Note: Install one long and one short weed-pulling blade on each side of the housing; these blades must not come into contact with the housing. (If they do collide, disassemble them, grind and adjust them until they no longer touch.)
(2) The no-till wheat seeding and compaction roller—single-row wheel rim (with rotary tiller blades) and seed-fertilizer applicator—must be installed in a straight line along three points. The row spacing for no-till wheat seeding can be adjusted between 30.5 and 36 centimeters, depending on agronomic requirements. Install it securely using one wheat clamp and two U-bolts.
(3) The remaining components are identical to those of the co-rotating seeding and fertilizing machine.
