Maintenance of Variable-Speed Rotary Spreader Fertilizer Apparatus
(1) First Maintenance: After 10 hours of operation, tighten all bolts and screws; check the transmission oil level; lubricate all parts equipped with grease nipples with fresh grease; inspect each component for any damage or deformation, and tighten or correct as necessary.
(2) Second Maintenance: Perform the maintenance either after one quarter of operation or after cultivating 2,000 mu—whichever comes first. Replace the gear oil, inspect the wear condition of all components, and make adjustments or replacements as necessary. Also, verify that the joystick is properly positioned in all operating positions.
(3) Third Maintenance: After one year of operation, clean debris from the machinery and seed/fertilizer boxes, adjust clearances in various components, and replace gear oil. Repair or replace worn parts.
