1. 2BMYF No-Tillage Precision Fertilization Seeder
Tractor with 30–120 horsepower, suitable for traction operations. Adaptable for no-till corn planting in both single-crop and double-crop systems per year. Available in 2-row and 4-row configurations. (6-row models can be manufactured upon request...)
Performance Features: Building on the introduction and assimilation of the Belota model, (1) we have modified the original dust-proof single-ring design at the grass-picking wheel, disc opener, and compaction roller to a double-fold labyrinth design, and replaced the single bearing with a dual-bearing system, thereby more than doubling the service life of the bearings in these areas.
(2). Equipped with the YAAO patented Finger-clamp Seed Meter, this seed drill boasts high seeding accuracy, with a single-seed qualification rate exceeding the national standard by 85% and reaching the imported standard of 95%, achieving rates between 96% and 99%. It features stable quality and high precision, and its warranty period has been extended from the national three-year guarantee to six years.
(3) Equipped with an invention-patented flail cutter (stubble-clearing device), this solution thoroughly addresses the longstanding issue of poor seeding quality and low efficiency caused by high straw stubble obstructing seed placement in fields with existing ridges. It fully meets the national requirements for no-till seeding, ensuring smooth seed placement even on fields with full straw mulch coverage, at a speed identical to that on fields with minimal or no straw residue, and delivering excellent seeding quality!
(4) Can adapt to high-speed operations at 8–10 kilometers per hour (km/h).
2. High-performance seeder (lightweight and effortless)
Precision corn seeding adapted to the softened soil after tillage and land preparation.
Features a 2BMYF finger-clamp no-till precision fertilization and seeding system.
Differences from the 2BMYF finger-clamp No-Tillage Precision Fertilization Seeder:
(1) The soil condition before sowing is loose and soft.
(2) For fertilization and furrow opening, use a double-disc furrow opener (for hard-tilled soils, use a furrow plow to open furrows through the hardened soil).
(3) The connection method with the tractor is suspension-type.
(4) 4-row and 6-row machines can also be ordered according to customer requirements...
(5) Difference from pneumatic precision seeders: The seed-metering device is finger-clamp type and does not have a fan system.
3. Corn No-tillage Precision Seeding Machine (Hard-stand Planting)
The 2BMYFJ series Corn No-tillage Precision Seeding Machine is a new-generation no-tillage machine produced by our company, designed to support conservation tillage technology.
Seeding machinery. This equipment can directly sow seeds on stubble-covered surfaces and on surfaces where straw has been crushed.
The equipment is equipped with a high-strength, wear-resistant Mn13 trench opener, which offers 3 to 5 times the wear resistance of conventional plows; an extra-large V-shaped fertilizer box; and a new-generation finger-clamp seed meter independently developed by YAAO. This finger-clamp seed meter achieves a single-seed planting qualification rate exceeding the national standard by 85%, reaching the imported standard of 95% and attaining a rate of 96-99%. Its stable quality and high precision have extended the national three-guarantee period from one year to six years. The seeding unit can achieve single-row floating contour following, ensuring consistent seeding depth.
This machine can complete multiple processes in one go, including trenching, side deep fertilization, seeding, soil covering, and compaction. There are three models each for the Spring version and the Summer version.
