1. 1S-A Series Deep Loosening Machine

  Adaptation Range: Suitable for deep loosening and land preparation implemented with conservation tillage practices, applicable to various soil types with relatively thick topsoil layers, as well as for deep loosening and land improvement in fields characterized by abundant weed residues and low-to-medium productivity.

  Also applicable to dryland areas, this method breaks up the plow pan, demonstrating its effectiveness and underlying principle: By breaking up the plow pan and deepening the arable layer without inverting the soil, it effectively adjusts the solid-liquid-gas ratio in the soil, improves the structure of the tillage layer, reduces surface runoff from rainfall, minimizes soil erosion and compaction, and enhances the soil’s water-holding capacity and drought resistance. This results in a tillage layer structure that is loose on top and firm below—a “loose above, solid below” configuration that coexists with both looseness and solidity—ideal for crop growth and development.

  Performance features:

  This machine was jointly developed by YAAO and Northwest A&F University to address the high power consumption of deep loosening machines and to meet the national requirements for tractor power in relation to deep loosening operations. Based on a comprehensive collection of outstanding features from typical, advanced deep-loosening machines both domestically and internationally, this machine has been designed to deeply loosen the subsoil, effectively eliminate rat holes, and thoroughly loosen the entire soil surface. Its patented deep-loosening blade reduces energy consumption by 15-45%. By using a tine-tooth harrow, the machine evenly mixes and compacts straw, weeds, and clods on the soil surface without breaking them down—thus preventing dust storms and soil erosion while promoting the decomposition of straw into organic fertilizer. This machine is an ideal tool for sustainable conservation tillage that helps continuously increase crop yields.

  Principle of soil conservation: Improving the soil's water-holding and moisture-retention capacity is a key piece of equipment for conservation tillage and an indispensable tool for sustained yield increases. It can be paired with tractors ranging from 90 to 150 horsepower.

  Compared to similar products, it saves 15-45% on labor costs and increases net profit per hour by 180-280 yuan.

2. 1S-C Series Eccentric Column-Type Deep Loosening Machine with Curved Surface

  This machine is a high-strength deep loosener developed by YAAO specifically for regions such as Xinjiang and Yunnan, where the soil is hard and requires deep loosening to a depth of over 40 centimeters, and is compatible with tractors ranging from 150 to 300 horsepower. It is currently the deepest-tilling implement available on the market.

  Product features:

  (1) Lateral loosening without soil overturning, with deep loosening depths reaching up to 60 cm.

  (2) Single-pass compaction to fill the gaps between plowshares, preventing moisture loss and helping to retain soil moisture.

  (3) The bottom mouse trails are obvious, allowing for greater water storage and facilitating crop growth.

3. 1S-D Series Eccentric Column Type Deep Loosening Machine with Curved Surface

  The structural principle is the same as that of the C-series deep loosener; it loosens the soil laterally without causing soil overturning. The key difference is that its deep-loosening depth can reach up to 35 centimeters.
