Frequently Asked Questions
Common Faults and Solutions for Variable Speed Rotary Tiller
1. If the gear shift is not fully engaged or disengages unexpectedly: Push the gear lever all the way into position and tighten the set screws on both sides.
2. The machinery makes loud noises and has large clearances: Adjust the gear clearance.
3. High oil temperature in machinery: The gear oil grade is incorrect (GL-5 85W140 gear oil should be used instead).
4. Poor soil-turning effect: The rotational speed of the Rotary Tiller’s blade shaft does not match the tractor’s travel speed; the throttle is not fully open, resulting in insufficient tractor RPM (above 2000 rpm).
