Common faults of rotary tillers

1. Surface floating: ① Throttle not fully engaged; ② Rear fender not installed; ③ Equipment front and rear not level.
2. No fertilization: The descent is too rapid, causing the fertilizer pipe to become blocked.
3. No seed fertilizer applied: ① The chain sprocket set screw is loose; ② The chain has broken or fallen off; ③ The compaction roller bearing is damaged and does not rotate.
4. Low seeding rate: ① The wheat seeds are too dirty; ② The clearance between the working groove wheels is large and they shift; ③ The driving sprocket is too small.
