Variable Speed Rotary Tiller Equipment Attachment Adjustment

2. Equipment hitching and adjustment:

(1) When connecting the implement, retract the left and right lifting rod screws of the host machine to their shortest positions to ensure that the implement is horizontally aligned. The limiting blocks, shaped like strips, should be installed in the floating rectangular slots of the left and right lifting rods, maintaining a floating horizontal alignment.
(2) Connect the spherical holes on the left and right suspension plates of the main unit to the corresponding holes on the left and right suspension plates of the equipment, and then install the suspension pins.
(3) The central pull rod is connected within the circular hole of the Rotary Tiller suspension frame.
(4) The universal joint yokes are installed on the same horizontal plane.
(5) Adjust the length of the lead screws on the left and right lifting rods of the tractor to ensure that the implement is properly leveled from side to side.
(6) Adjust the length of the screw rod in the tractor’s middle tie rod to ensure proper front-to-back leveling.
(7) Lengthen or shorten the lead screws of the left and right limit rods on the tractor to align the implement and adjust the left-right swing within a range of 3-5 cm.
(8) Confirm that all bolts and nuts, including those on various components, are securely tightened—especially the fasteners (on the left and right side panels, main beam mounting, transmission, and blades).

(9) Before use, fill the transmission with GL5-85W-140 gear oil up to the level of the oil-check hole. All grease fittings should be fully lubricated with grease.

(10) With the tractor engine turned off, adjust the required blade-shaft rotation speed according to local agronomic requirements. Loosen the locking set screws on both sides of the gearbox cover. Using your hand, push the shift lever forward to move the gear into the neutral position—gently swing it left and right by about 3–5 centimeters to confirm that it’s in neutral. Slowly rotate the input shaft of the equipment, then pull the shift lever until the handball points to the desired gear position indicated by the gear indicator: 360, 305, or 280 rpm. Once you’ve confirmed that the gear is properly engaged, securely tighten the locking set screws on both sides of the gearbox cover. Finally, step on the blade shaft and rotate it one full turn—there should be no jamming or resistance.
★The following equipment—installation, hitching, adjustment, entering the field, use, and maintenance—are identical to those for the Variable Speed Rotary Tiller:
1. 1GZN Variable Speed Combined Tiller
2. Dual-Axle Stubble-Removing Variable Speed Rotary Tiller
3. 620 Folding Variable Speed Rotary Tiller
